The AC-500 series commercial split ice maker (including the AC-500A air-cooled model and the AC-500W water-cooled model) is an efficient ice-making machine specifically designed for commercial scenarios such as hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and beverage outlets.
This series of ice makers features a flow-type vertical evaporator, with an evaporation temperature as low as -18°C and an ice core temperature as low as -13°C. It supports three ice types: cube ice, half cube ice, and large cube ice, to meet the needs of different scenarios. The air-cooled model can produce up to 465 pounds (211kg) of ice in 24 hours at 21°C/10°C water temperature, while the water-cooled model increases that capacity to 480 pounds (218kg). Even in a high-temperature environment of 32°C and 21°C water temperature, it can still maintain stable production of over 365 pounds (165kg) and easily handle peak demand. The entire machine is made from SS304 stainless steel and ABS materials, with the ice storage bin using PE injection molding. The internal rounded corner design includes a removable air filter, sink, and distribution pipe for easy and efficient cleaning and maintenance. The automatic cleaning process can be completed in 35 minutes, greatly reducing labor costs.
In terms of core configuration, the product uses components from internationally renowned brands and is paired with environmentally friendly and efficient R410A refrigerant, which not only reduces the impact on global warming but also achieves excellent energy efficiency. The air-cooled model consumes only 4.9-5.1Kwh per 100 pounds of ice, while the water-cooled model is optimized to 4.1-4.3Kwh, offering both energy-saving and environmental protection advantages. The intelligent controller automatically manages the entire process, including ice-making, de-icing, cleaning, and fault alarms, making operation hassle-free. The ice storage bin has a capacity of 352 pounds (160kg), and the feet of the bin are adjustable from 150mm to 200mm to accommodate different venue height requirements.
Additionally, the equipment is suitable for a wide ambient temperature range of 1.7°C to 43.3°C and a water temperature range of 3.2°C to 32.2°C. It can still operate normally in a high-temperature environment of 43°C and only requires a drinking water pressure of 138KPA-550KPA to run stably.
