With three ice cube options to suit every need-M (Cube: 23*23*23mm, 11g), S (Half Cube: 10*28*23mm, 6g), and L (Large Cube: 28*28*23mm, 16g)-all boasting an ultra-low 2% water content for dense, crisp ice that doesn't dilute your beverages.

Equipped with an intelligent controller, it automates the entire ice-making process: from ice production and release to self-cleaning and trouble alarming. Cleaning is a breeze too: simply pour cleaning solution into the water trough, and the machine completes a full cleaning cycle in just 35 minutes. Removable air filters, water troughs, and distribution tubes allow for fast, efficient deep cleaning, cutting down on labor costs and downtime.
Crafted with durability in mind, the ice maker features SS304 stainless steel and ABS materials for long-lasting resilience. Warranty Coverage and Period
(I) Warranty for Core Components
- Compressor: 2-year warranty (covering parts costs and labor fees for repairs).
- Evaporator: 2-year warranty (covering only parts costs, excluding labor fees for repairs).
(II) Warranty for the Entire Machine and Other Components
- For all core components of the entire machine except the compressor and evaporator (such as intelligent controller, ice bin, water pipeline, etc., which must be original factory-configured parts), a 2-year warranty is provided (covering parts costs and labor fees for repairs).
- The warranty period starts from the date when the equipment is officially delivered and the installation acceptance is completed. A complete purchase certificate and installation acceptance record must be provided as the basis for warranty claims.
